Hmmm lets see what do i want strangers to know about me...my full name is David (Blank) Brooks sorry i don't tell people my middle name. It's top secret. I was born on the Island of Maui and I have, yes, believe it or not twenty-three siblings...wow I know if i was reading this I'd be like blown away or saying to my self bull lie...but this is my page and you can believe me or not that choice is up to you. Well any ways back to about me. I move to the Big Island of Hawaii when I was thirteen and had some real challenging years...(I bet you want to know details...Well just ask) But one day I gave my life to Jesus and i have been excited about life and my purpose ever since. When I made the choice to become a Christian i choose to invite Christ into my life and it wasn't just a Sunday thing...I want my life transformed and my heart changed...I remember praying; (Lord I know your real but i don't want to be just another Sunday Christian. Help me to be a 24-7 Christian.) Trust me praying that prayer has not been an easy ride...but i will tell you this, I have never looked back. I have never regretted giving my life to Jesus in exchange for him living in my heart. I went on to graduate high school and then College at Hawaii Pacific University on Oahu and I loved it. But now I’m Back in Hilo just trying to live my life to the fullest. Everyday there is new adventure, new obstacles, and new victories over life’s challenges. I am currently single and loving it....:) Working for Upward Bound, (a college prep program for High school students) and leading Xtreme the Young Adult Ministry at My Church New Hope Hilo. I am passionate about reaching this generation for Jesus. And every day i am so thankful for another day to live my life to the fullest.
