..... just another story. Born and raised in Austria, Sabine Ellison wasn't surrounded by a very artist-friendly environment but somehow always wanted to paint, play music and be creative. After graduation and a couple of years in the office working business Sabine Ellison made a clear decision to move to Vienna in order to study jazz bass. Soon she became a very active member of the Austrian blues scene, giving her talent to various blues, ska, rock and rock'n'roll projects, as well as musical and theatre projects. Other acts include Courtney Jones & The Funky Calypso Band ,
Rev. Frank T.T. , and Hannes Bartolot. In 2004 Sabine co-founded with Chris Curtis the surf'n'roll band Bloo VooDoo . They sucessfully toured and played all over Europe. In August 2007, she relocated to Austin, TX where she is keeping a busy schedule working with Moving Blues, Ulrich Ellison and playing in the downtown area and other clubs around Austin with different musicians and bands as a session player.
