***************************==Style & Technique==
Director Hugo V. incorporates unorthodox framing and lighting that has given his work a distinct style. Most of his projects are fast moving, with quick edits and jerky camera shots. Thus, has been compared to the likes of Quentin Tarantino, Sam Raimi and Oliver Stone, while maintaining his own signature look. Also incorporates reverse shots on all of his projects when possible and tends to implement scratches, dark shadows and film grain in order to give his music videos an old film appearance.
