Well, I'm a husband and a Dad of two kids, I started playing the bass when I was about 7 years old, mostly influinced by Rush and Iron Maiden. My first band at age 13 was called Arize which was created by my good friend Neil Perry. After that, my taste for Death Metal was kicking in and I joined a band called Tribal Corruption which was lucky enough to open for Cannibal Corpse, Unleashed, Epedemic, Bolt Thrower and a few other top name Death Metal bands in the early 90's. In late high school, I focused more on writing short stories and screen plays and put music on hold for about 3 years. At age 20, bass found its way back in my life and that's when I took it seriously. I started the band RCA Project which is an instrumental, progressive rock band from Bakersfield, CA., with my best friend Christmas Colazzo on drums and Alan Rutter on guitar. After a couple of years Alan left the band and we added Micah Lindley at Keyboards. I was in a band called Rewind Yesterday and The Dan Short Project with the drummer of RCA Project and I've written many solo Bass and Chapman Stick compositions! I've trained in Martial Arts for severel years and I am currently being trained in the art known as Kung Fu San Soo with master Scott Guzman. GUZMAN'S KUNG FU SAN SOO
