This awareness-raising event will be focused on racial tolerance and harmony through music. LoveJam was pioneered in Sydney, Australia in 2006 and 2007. Unity through music was their goal, and is ours as well; Hip-Hop, Reggae, Soul, Funk and Go-Go will all be represented by some of the regions hottest artists.
We are firmly committed to the unifying nature of music and its healing power within our various communities. Bob Marley said "One good thing about music, when it hits you feel no pain. So hit me with music." This is the overall spirit of LoveJam and we are excited to work with uplifting and conscious artists who embrace this same value.
