First formed between the summer - spring of 2003, by Zaeko, Kostas Mehilis [mehiko] and Ethir [Iraklis]. The goal of the band was and still is to pay a live tribute to the pure hard rock of the 80s and the classic rock mega bands, with a guitar driven prespective! Soon after that the base trio teamed up with Dimitris on bass and Marios at drums, and as a result gave 3 -4 gigs with that line up on local athens venues. The first incarnation of Mode Zero broke up on May 2004. Mehiko and Zaeko along with Yannis Dialinas, started the new era of Mode Zero on January 07, and along with Paris [vocals] and Tolis [drums] the new line up was up and running and gave a couple of live perfomances at the end of Spring of 2007. After an extended period of changing band members, we are extremely happy with the addition of Minas on drums and Isida Koutrouli [Isis] on vocals, and of course the comeback of Ethir. In recent live perfomances the band has shown what matters most...good vibes and pure hard rock!We'll see you all in September! Keep on rocking!
