About Me



VERDERBEN was formed in the third quarter in 2007. From the birth of this project on the one hand it was our intention to create music you can categorize as "Black Metal", on the other hand, we try to create our "own" sound that might differ from the "typical" Black Metal sound. We do not claim to sound or be "true" and we do not account ourselves as part of any scene. We just go our own way and give a shit to any conventions!

VERDERBEN is no so-called "side-project". Even though both musicians are involved in SVAROG, this project is discrete and acts independantly.

We do not go for ANY politics for in our opinion Black Metal is an unpolitical genre/subculture.
