Meet Axe Girl – singer, songwriter, actor, rock star.
Wow. What a rollercoaster two years it’s been.
Axe Girl starred in T4’s hit TV show MUSICOOL in 2007, broadcasting to 2million viewers a week for nearly 3 months. Following this, she recorded her debut album ‘You Want It’ and toured the UK and France with sexy spunky all-girl-trio (cunningly self-titled) Axe Girl.
Playing to crowds of 1600 in venues including Trafalgar Square, they supporting great bands including The Gossip Towards the end of the epic adventure, Axe caught up with T4 again at T4 on the Beach.
Upon finally returning home, Axe Girl started writing songs with her adorable kid bro Max, and Axe Kid was born.
In 2008 Axe Girl and Kid Max recorded their first EP and went back on th the road.
Axe Kid were finalist’s in this years ‘Orange Unsigned Act’ competition on channel 4. They made it through 7500 bands (yes 7500!) to the final 20. Following this, in January 2009 they released their first single ‘Powered By Your Love’ for FREE download. Thanks everyone for your support, we’ve had literally thousands of downloads.

Meanwhile, Axe Girl has also been working with legendary dance dj; DJ Hyper. Having toured Asia and Russia, Axe Girl is featured on Hyper’s latest album ‘Suicide Tuesday’.
