Driving in the car with the top down is what I picture doing with you. On the road in wide open spaces, nothing in site except for the big blue sky you and me, and our future. At night we would lay down on the grass hand in hand looking up at the stars. As it gets cold you give me your jacket and hold me tight to keep warm, and kiss my forehead. We dance on the dock at the lake, and the moon shines on us like a spotlight. We hear nothing except for the soft music, and my heels tapping on the dock.When you spend me around the world begins to freeze, and that moment seemed like it was over in seconds. On those sleepless nights I would call, and you would talk to me in your comforting voice until we were both fast asleep. when we finally had our first fight, I walked away, you chased me, picked me up and twirled me around. I could do nothing, but smile cause you show me you really care. When our hands touch they feel like they were made for eachother. When our lips touch it seems like a undescribable feeling. I just know I dont want this moment to end.
Hopefully I will know that feeling, when the times come and I meet that guy in those dreams I dont want to wake up from. Those times I have those day dreams in class and the teacher yells my name to make me pay attention. And when I see all the other girls happy and I walk alone in LaLa Land thinking about that dream guy. Waiting for the summer to come and have a walk on the beach with the guy I think about our just hangout. As long as Iam with you I am fine.Hopefully you enjoyed reading, but if you are my dad I dont think you will. Before you fall out of your seat or call and wonder why Iam talking about a guy, just know it is only a day dream, and when I get my heartbroken I know there will be a guy who will always love me : ). Yes dad it's you. I will always be daddys girl, just older, and bigger. So dont worry, you knew this day would come. And still know I still have a lot more time to grow.
