HARMONICA HARRIS

About Me

My name is Anthony Harris and this is my story. As fate would have it I found my first old broken harmonica at the age of 12 and that was my first musical experience. My good friend Eddie encouraged me to pick it up and play it. That lasted about a week. My good friend Eddie remembered 30+ years later that I found an old broken harmonica and that I was really good at it, he then encouraged me to start practicing so I could play in his band, The Eddie King Band. When I started practicing with Eddie King and his band he nicknamed me Shakey, because I was always nervous on stage. I would like to take the time to acknowledge with sincere thanks to my good friend Eddie for all of his great guidance and helping me become the great musician that I am today! I will forever be greatful for his support and encouragement. As crazy as fate is my first CD was produced and created by Eddie King from the Eddie King Band. It’s called Street Corner Blues.
