Radio in the Round was born quite unintentionally. One night, Mindy Berrett of Mindy's Mix started chatting about radio show ideas with KC Turner . Long story short, here we are!
Join them on the 4th Monday of each month from 10-midnight PST. In the North Bay area, you can listen on 90.9 and 91.1 FM. You can listen anywhere in the world online at http://www.krcb.org. For those Comcast subscribers, you can listen on channel 961 all around the Bay Area.
The show features four musicians in 25-minute time slots where they have the opportunity to reach out to listeners with live a performance, album airplay and interview.
The phenomenal part about Radio in the Round is witnessing performers inspire one another, while simultaneously sharing with the community the phenomenal music of talented artists.
Radio in the Round is not a new idea, there are plenty of folks out there who believe in the cause of independent music and do their best to put it out on the airwaves. Mindy and KC are happy to see this new show grow into something really special.
A new website and podcasting location are being developed as we speak. We'll keep you posted and let you know when it goes live!
