The Van Dijck Sisters sing songs from all decades and styles in do-wop and thirties inspired versions. They take you on a musical mini-flight and will not land unless they have won the hearts of all the people in the audience.
Sisters Floor, Sofie and Cato van Dijck have been singing together since before they could even remember. They grew up in a music-addicted family, with their dad being the ultimate music junkie. Together with their father Paul en their brother Joost they played in de Van Dijck Band.
They also sung together in The Souldiers, their own soul band, and Cato and Sofie still do. Floor is the leading lady of Rhythm 'n tunes band The Spinshots.
The Van Dijck Sisters are live accompanied by Job de Jong on guitars and their father Paul van Dijck on guitars and double bass.
Spring 2008 The Van Dijck sisters starred in an internet commercial for Dutch Newspaper Het Financieele Dagblad (by Rich). As 'The Business Models' they sung a personalised praise to companies and gave away free subscriptions. Companies could also win a exclusive office concert by the Models.
