I am an Law Enforcement Officer in New York City with The New York City Health & Hospitals Police. I am a Police Director in the South Manhattan area and have close to 25 years of service. Responder and Survivor of 9/11, an experiance that I will never forget for the rest of my life which has changed profoundly since the events of that day. You must live each day as if it were your last and tell your loved ones just how much they mean to you. I reside in Staten Island, New York and live with my dog, Destiny, a 7 year old Shi~Tzu I rescued from Animal Care & Control. I am single. I have two daughters also, 10 and 8 who do not live with me. I enjoy the simple things in life. Movies, dining out, reading, long walks on the beach and parks, shopping definetly, music, american idol. I am of Puerto Rican descent and was born in Brooklyn, New York. I am a soft spoken person who loves children and animals as well as life and GOD who is my hero. I love doing programs with kids in my work because I believe we can be a positive influence in their lives. I am an easy going person who lives life each day in hopes of meeting new and positive people. I am an old-fashioned romantic when it comes to love. I enjoy giving flowers and candy, reading every card in the Hallmark ailse before choosing the right one. I believe it takes alot of nurturing to make a relationship work. it is sad how people treat each other in relationships today. Off-duty, I enjoy shopping on-line and at the malls. I love Affliction brand clothing. My friends say I dress more West Coast than East Coast. My favorite show is American Idol. It is a show that takes you away from your 9 to 5. It gives you hope that you can go from a virtual unknown struggling in your day-to-day to a better tommorow. "LOVE IS AGELESS, AGE IS RELATIVE, DON'T BE AFRAID TO LOVE WHOMEVER"." How beautiful a day when kindness touches it". NOTE***Some people ask me about Ace Young being on my page. My daughters and I were fortunate to meet him when he performed here in New York. Way before he became a contestant on American Idol, he did a lot of charity work and continues to do so. I consider him a humanitarian and a friend.
