Hey guys! Thanks for visiting my MySpace music page. :-) My goal is to provide you with music that touches your soul. I have a few covers for demonstration purposes only. The clips are written by my daughter with and without me. She is almost 15 yrs old and a child I almost aborted so her music is something very special to me and I am honored to sing even little bits of it. As you will hear, she was VERY much A LIFE even though I was only 16 when I got pregnant with her. She deserved to live and share her own voice! In case you were wondering.... yes I am pro-life! For those of you who are my new friends. Hello! Nice to meet you. My name is Kristy Quinn. I have been singing for over 20 years. I was the assistant director of a Childrens Performing group, Genesis Talent, years ago and have performed off and on my entire life. I began pursing my singing career a few years ago and was overwhelmed with the evils of the music industry so I decided it was not for me and I stopped singing other than a competition here and there. Hey... a girl likes new shoes. lol :-) I focused on my husband and my 3 beautiful daughters but knew something was missing. I missed singing! I never put God first in my music and that I knew was wrong no matter what genre I sang. Recently I believe that God has asked me to sing again or was that my mother lol but this time I am going to sing for Him no matter what I sing. I am not out here to be discovered or to make it famous. I am already famous. I am a mom. :-) I am out here to sing and to share my God given gift with anyone who wants to hear me. I love music and I love life, my family, my pets and God. I am currently living in Houston, Texas. I was planning on touring locally next year but some things are changing in my personal life and I'm not sure where I'll be but wherever that is, I'll be singing~ Skye and I are still writing in the mean time. I am a Cajun Firecracker. My grandfather was the first person to record Cajun music (Joseph Falcon) You should Google him. He was awesome! My grandmother played the drums which are now in the Country Music Hall of Fame located in Nashville, Tennessee. So are some of her costumes. As you can see I was born to be a performer. I love to cook, read, sew, and laugh. I believe in honesty! I believe that women should be ladies and men should be gentlemen and I believe chivalry lives thanks to my husband. I believe parents should take their responsibilities much more seriously. Feel free to drop me a line anytime. I have family photos for those of you that are my friends.
