So you want to know "about me"... My name is Rachael, and I'm 25. The older I get, the more I realize how little I know, and that nothing is really how I thought it would be. My life is pretty wonderful right now, and for that I am immensely grateful. I love the sun, and being able to enjoy each day as it comes. I'm not perfect, and am learning that thats ok. I run everyday, and live in Hawaii Kai. I have 4 cats. I live with the man of my dreams, and am very much in love, and engaged......(Lets see who's paying attention, teeheehee) I try to stay on the positive side of the human perspective, and because of that my theme for life is as follows.... Life is to short to dwell on regrets, or do anything half assed. There is not enough time in the day to doubt yourself and second guess everything. If you are going to do something, do it now and do it to the best of your ability. Have fun every chance you get, because you can always catch up on sleep later.... Do something new everyday and kiss someone when ever you get the chance. Love people and life and in turn you will be loved by those who matter. Make sure to fall in love every chance you get. Who cares if you get hurt, remember that you'll get over it, and if you hurt someone else, so will they. Just remember how you felt when your heart was broken too. No problem is as big as you think it is if you just take a step back. Don't let the bad times get you down, let the good times keep you up. Focus on triumphs and not failures. Forget insults and remember compliments, they are the only real thing that matters. Shed friends that don't make a positive influence in your life. If you'll be there for me at 3 in the morning and I'm crying, you better believe I'll do the same for you. People makes mistakes, forgive them for it. If you can't, then forget those people. LIVE life, don't be afraid of it. Remember that worrying is like running on a treadmill, you can do it all day long, but in the end it gets you nowhere. If the grass is always greener on the other side, try watering your own yard (I believe that personal growth is the best tool in the world). Always remember that no-one has it "all" figured out. Including you AND me. And no matter where you go, or what you do, make sure you do it for yourself, it is your life after all. ENOUGH with the cliche's!
