Black Monolith was created in 1997 to help fill a void that was being created in the hardcore techno world. Later down the road, we took over the label Fear Records that was created by Paul Fear to continue the release of various forms of dark drum and bass. Throw in a few various short run labels and you have what is known as Black Monolith Records. For many years we were based out of North Jersey, but have moved our head quarters to Central Eastern Pennsylvania.
