About Me

I am a songwriter of country, christian-country, and southern gospel music. All of the above listed demos are currently available for publishing/recording, so contact me if you would like to place on hold for possible use. I received my first single-song publishing contract for my worship song "Let The Morning Bring" in June, 2008 (Chris White Music; Asheville Music Publishing) and you can listen to this song with an accompanying video that is posted here on my page and in "my videos" section. I know I am just one of many thousands of songwriters out there hoping to connect with some people through song, so I thank you that you would take the time to listen to my songs, and I appreciate your friendship!I am an Orlando, Florida native and moved to Tennessee in 2005. Being from the "flatlands," I love the beautiful East Tennessee mountains! But I do have some very fond memories of growing up in Orlando. I was a child actor and model and had a great time working in theatre, television commercials, and print advertising. You can check out some of these OLD pictures here in my "my pics" section. :)I am a Christian, and love to fellowship with other believers who are seeking a closer relationship with Jesus Christ, and the hope that He alone can bring. I do not want to be known as a songwriter who happens to be a Christian and writes Christian songs...I want to be knows as a Christian who writes songs. I want to be known as a Christian who believes in the power of praying and interceding for the many problems we all go through...that believes God still performs miracles and is a rewarder of those who diligently seek Him. This life is fleeting, and time moves by so fast that we need to learn to make the most of every single opportunity...something I am still learning. When the extremely difficult times come, and they will come, don't we suddenly begin to wonder why we even bothered to waste the time worrying about the stupid little things of the past? Don't we then yearn for the "good old days" that we use to complain about? The older we get I think the more important it becomes to understand this thing called faith and to trust God through both the good times and the bad, and to know He has a plan in them both. My goal in the music world is to create songs that provide hope and encouragement, in the good times and the bad, while pointing to and glorifying the One that this life is really about...the Creator of life itself, the Lord Jesus Christ: John 1:1-14- "1In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. 2He was with God in the beginning. 3Through Him all things were made; without Him nothing was made that has been made. 4In Him was life, and that life was the light of men. 5The light shines in the darkness, but the darkness has not understood it. 6There came a man who was sent from God; his name was John. 7He came as a witness to testify concerning that light, so that through him all men might believe. 8He himself was not the light; he came only as a witness to the light. 9The true light that gives light to every man was coming into the world. 10He was in the world, and though the world was made through Him, the world did not recognize Him. 11He came to that which was his own, but his own did not receive him. 12Yet to all who received Him, to those who believed in His name, He gave the right to become children of God—13children born not of natural descent, nor of human decision or a husband's will, but born of God. 14The Word became flesh and made His dwelling among us. We have seen His glory, the glory of the One and Only, who came from the Father, full of grace and truth."

Let The Morning Bring

Think about the newness of light in the morning time, as the light of a new day penatrates the fading darkness. Charles Spurgeon wrote the following: "Quietly contemplate the Lamb as the li...
