This company is not meant to be a joke, ha-ha !
Even though you may think "hey whats this", when opening our space, this is meant to be a serious, hardworking, successful and independent record company which finally even makes some profit one fine day, mostly with what I would consider as GOOD or at least INTERESTING music which major companies have - or would refused to lay their hands on!
The label is called "Schnulze Records" - why ?
"Schnulze" is the German expression for music & art which is often very successful and popular, but considered by many (often so called intellectual) people as kitsch or even cheap, music & art without any value.
Hey, we don t agree here! There s one / some kind of music & art for every taste, there is no good or bad taste, just your own taste.
And this is our slogan. We wish to release all sorts of music (and hopefully cooperate with other companies with a similar view) which we consider good and worthwhile presenting to a bigger audience, may it be Schnulze or the opposite.
We wish you fun and a good time with our music -
