Why Stix and Stonz Ablaze? Because God uses ordinary things and ordinary people - He can use you and me. Moses' staff was just a big stick. David used a stone in his sling shot. AND BRINGING US TOGETHER IN THE FIRST PLACE...OUR WEDDING SONG WAS "HE HAS CHOSEN ME FOR YOU" IT HAS BEEN VERY ROUGH AT TIMES... BUT GOD BROUGHT US THROUGH....HE IS FAITHFUL...EVEN WHEN WE ARE NOT...GARY HAS BEEN WRITING SONGS SINCE HE WAS A TEENAGER...AND TAUGHT HIMSELF THE GUITAR ...AND I TOOK CLASSICAL PIANO LESSONS...FROM 7 TO 14 YEARS OF AGE...DIDN'T TOUCH THE PIANO FROM 15 YOA - 30 WHEN I MET GARY..HE BROUGHT MUSIC BACK INTO MY LIFE..IN MORE WAYS THAN ONE .AND WE HAVE WRITTEN MANY SONGS TOGETHER .OR BY OURSELVES..WHEN WE MOVED TO MIDLAND, TEXAS... TWO YEARS AGO NOW...GOD BROUGHT A DRUMMER AND BASS PLAYER...AND THE BAND.. STIX AND STONZ ABLAZE... WAS BORN..(SASA)...AND AT THE TIME THE BAND CAME TOGETHER, IT WAS SUPERNATURALLY BY GOD...WE WERE NOT LOOKING FOR IT TO BE MADE...or remade when we changed drummer and bass player GOD HAS A MISSION FOR US.. AND WE WANT TO BE OBEDIENT..TO HIM.. IN EVERY WAY POSSIBLE...WE WANT TO SEE LIVES CHANGED BY THE POWER OF THE GOSPEL...................................................... ..........................................................
