GymMeet has an exclusive interview by Jami Sims with Janae Whittaker Ali about the new HeadGames Web Camp. Janae was the captain of the Penn State Gymnastics Team and is a certified professional life coach and mental toughness trainer. She works with Doc Ali (Alison Arnold) The Web Camp trains athletes on their mental toughness and helps prepare you for meets and for life in general.
