Auge Hays

I have played with a variety bands around New Mexico over the last 30 years. Most of the time, I can be seen off to the side of the stage playing steel guitar or harmonica and maybe singing a song or two. I am also known for my work as a recording engineer. As a sideman, session player and engineer, I have enjoyed working with some remarkable songwriters and performers. From time to time I will show up at a venue, with just my guitar, performing my own music which resonates with the influences of blues and country music. I derive a great joy from music by balancing the performing of my own music with the interaction and camaraderie of working with other musicians. Being a part of Bill Hearne’s Roadhouse Revue allows me the opportunity to keep playing great music with wonderful people.
