Her professional career began one night at the age of fifteen when she shared thestage with her father’s country western band. Impressed with her beautiful voice,a local DJ approached her father and said, if he could get Victoria in a studio torecord a few songs, he would put them on the air. Soon three of her songs wereplaying on the local radio station. The phone switchboard lit up like a Christmastree with callers asking who this girl was!
Touring with her own band, Victoria built a reputation throughout the Northwest asa rock-solid professional that won her numerous contest honors and theopportunities to open for such acts as Dan Seals, The Nitty Gritty Dirt band,Marshall Tucker and more. Finally one day, Dave Wilson of KMON radio in GreatFalls, Montana exclaimed, “Get outa here, girl. You belong in Nashville .â€And so, on the heels of a tornado that shocked the city, Victoria Schafer blewinto Nashville and has been blowing audiences away ever since. Victoria ’s vocalsexude confidence, strength and a richness of experience as a performer and as awoman. She cites Martina McBride and Celine Dion among the powerful singers whoinspire her.

I can’t even express what itwould mean to share in the history of the incredible women who have come before.â€
