I'm living in Colorado now, just having started my Master's work in Anthropology with a concentration in Archaeology at the University of Colorado. My work will focus on Mesoamerica, particularly the Oaxaca region. Archaeology is my life.When I'm not in the field, I enjoy homebrewing, spending time with our St. Bernard puppies Herbie and Taz, hanging with my new CO friends, reading, going to concerts and listening to music. Outside of archaeology, music is my life. I play the saxophone (since 5th grade) and love jazz and Latin music. I can't imagine what I would do if I didn't have music in my life.I'm super excited to have to the Rocky Mountains and started the next phase of my life. Grad school will be challenging, but also extremely wonderful. These next few years will probably determine how I'll spend the rest of my life, which is a bit daunting to think about right now. I'll be reading and writing more than I ever have in my life, but I'm completely up for the challenge and can't wait to see where things take me.
