Her name is Karen Blanchard Viator. She was born and raised in the small town of St. Martinville, LA. Karen has been singing for as long as she can remember. She is the daughter of Lana and A.J. Blanchard of St. Martinville, LA. and the wife of Lance Viator of New Iberia, LA. She is also the proud mother of Whitney Viator and Tyler Viator of St. Martinville, LA. All her life she’s been influenced by Country music. Her parents introduced country music to her as a very young child. Karen has been singing her way through life and took music in high school where she acquired a 1st place trophy for "Best Female Vocalist". After high school she went on to compete in the Jimmy Dean Country Showdown contests where she’s place 2nd twice and tied for 3rd place with Meredith Boudreaux of Kaplin. Karen has an absolute love for music and currently sings in the choir at St. Louis Catholic Church in Parks, LA. We hope that you thoroughly enjoy her music and can share it with all of your friends.
