ABOUT DRUMHEAD
DrumHead Promotions is a music company founded by Harry Bland, an ND Music Performance student, in early 2008 and run in partnership alongside James Searle from the band .."Seifer..". DrumHead is a promo company set out to find bands of any genre and to get them onto the newly formed DrumHead Profile Booklet.
DrumHead started off as .."Drumhead Studios.." recording bands that were starting off and that wanted a brief demo that they could later go onto bigger things with, it later progressed onto Drumhead Promotions knowing that all the equipment was there but not being used to it full potential. It went through setting up gigs in the Reading/Woodley area and promoting its name onto facebar gigs by lending out equipment such as, Drum Kits, Marshall Stacks & desks etc.
DrumHead came to a slight hault during the autumn of 2009 due to college work and time issues, but just recently started up again with the help of James Searle! Together, using thier knowlegde, Harry & James are planning mini tours using local bands, and are in the process of planning local weekend gigs which will hopefully progress to much bigger things with not only the company also with the bands!
