I graduated from UCF and moved back to ole’ Polk County, which I said that I would never do, but so happy that I did. I have a job in Land Development that I love even though housing is slow right now. I love passionate people who know their stuff, great vacations, seat heaters, Gator Football, being super busy, walking to great dinners in big cities, and good homemade soups. I have come to the conclusion that I am gluten intolerant and giving up bread and crackers has been one of the toughest things had to do—-which sounds ridiculous. I dislike MoveOn.org, witch-hunts, celery, scary movies, as well as people who just don’t care about getting things right the first time around, and cilantro. I have made a decision to stop worrying about so many things that I do not have control over—-those things many times sort themselves out seamlessly and I have to remind myself of this at 4 am.
