About Me


Kung Foo is a project borned in Barcelona at the end of 2006. Behind that freak name is hidden German Martinez, aged 26, from Barcelona. The project growed up a few weeks later he started to work as sound engineer on Sushi Records. Mastering and mixing was his first works on the label, but he inmadiately is implied in the tasks as arranger and producer. Next to John Jacobsen and Mikel Molina (label manager) worked in a lot of releases for Sushi and Matinee Records, both are sublabels from House Works. He worked as a remixer also in most of Sushi's releases. It's still a young project with almost one year of life, so that means Kung Foo has to bring us in future some more electronic music to rock dancefloors. Kung Foo un nuevo proyecto nacido en Barcelona a finales del 2006. Detras de este peculiar pseudonimo se esconde German Martinez, de 26 años y nacido en barcelona. El proyecto nacio unas semanas despues de su incio como ingeniero de sonido del sello español Sushi records. Masterizando y mezclando sus primeros trabajos en el sello, poco despues se implico en las tares de produccion y arreglos. Junto a John Jacobsen y Mikel Molina (label manager) ha trabajado en muchas referencias para Sushi y Matinee Records, subsellos de House Works. Tambien ha remezclado muchos de los temas de Sushi. Este joven proyecto con menos de un año en la escena, nos trae musica electronica hecha para el dancefloor.
