About Me

Diligence is is defined in the dictionary as, "constant and earnest effort to accomplish what is undertaken". If you want to get good at anything, you need to do it with diligence. Get obsessed with your goal and strive to DO the right things. Spending even just a few minutes a day on these things will bring you a step closer to your goals. Just get off your ass and do something!
Anyway, a little about me - I live in the San Francisco Bay Area (East Bay). Born and raised in SF, of Filipino descent. Career-wise, I make a pretty good living doing affiliate marketing on the internet, as well as from advertising networks (Google Adsense). My friends tell me that I'm a sweet, nice, friendly guy -- but i'll kick your ass if you get outta line! j/k!! I've been playing Bass Guitar since I was 12, and lately, I've been practicing every chance I get. I get a perverse pleasure out of shredding on other bass players at the guitar center - LOL! Of course, I've been blown away by some killer bassist too, but that's a good thing. It inspires me to practice harder. Money is important to me too because, the more I have, the more good I can do. I make a great living doing what I do, and I seriously doubt that I'll have a career change anytime in the near future. What I value the most in my life though, are the people that I love. Life is beautiful...

Complete sincerity: You believe in being straightforward with others, and you expect the same from them. People would consider you a good listener, and one who is calm and mostly serious.

My Interests

I'm an Internet Marketer who is obsessed with making money. I eat, sleep and talk marketing all day. When I'm not doing that, I'm practicing on my Bass Guitar (my other obsession).

I'd like to meet:

You, you and you, and your sister and your mama... All of us are unique and have had different experiences. There's no way that any of us can experience all there is to experience in this world. I want to meet people and learn about their experiences. I want to meet other musicians, especially kick-ass bassplayers. No matter how old or how young we are, we can always learn something new from one another. Even if you think you're life isn't that interesting, i'm sure I can learn something about you that will make me say WOW!!

One other thing to you MLM'ers out there: don't try to recruit me, I am not 'recruitable'. I would most likely TURN VIOLENT if you tried to pitch me - save your pathetic spiel for someone else. I'm really happy with my online business and probably make a lot more money than you do anyway. ;-)

Music:

I'm a Bass Player. I've been a musician since I was 6, so I pretty much listen to all kinds of music (especially if the bass player kicks ass). Some of my favorite bass players: Marcus Miller, Stanley Clarke, Jaco Pastorius, Larry Graham, Victor Wooten, James Jamerson, Nathan Watts, Bill Dickens, Geddy Lee, Louis Johnson, Mark King, Tony Grey, Flea, Verdine White, Byron Miller, Rocco Prestia, Jeff Berlin, Oteil Burbridge, Jimmy Haslip and Abraham Laboriel. I also listen to AC/DC, Van Halen, Red Hot Chili Peppers, Stevie Wonder, Brasil '66, Snoop Dogg, Tupac, George Benson, The Rolling Stones, Johnny Cash, Charlie Parker, Earth Wind & Fire, Ohio Players, George Clinton, Wes Montgomery, Hiromi Uehara, Lea Salonga, Sharon Cuneta, etc.

Movies:

Any Bruce Lee movie, almost any Mafia movie, The Fifth Element, Bas Rutten's Lethal Street Fighting, Ronin, School of Rock, Ong Bak, Transformers

Television:

The Sopranos, CSI, Torchwood, Heroes

Books:

Essential Jazz Etudes; Walking Bass Lines; The Brain Audit by Sean D'Souza; Online Copywriter's Handbook by Bob Bly; Rich Dad, Poor Dad; Thick Face, Black Heart; The Cashflow Quadrant; Bas Rutten's Big Book of Combat

Heroes:

My mom and dad, The men and women of the U.S. Armed Forces and your mama
