Bat for Lashes were all magical at Koko London Oct 07. Peeps dressed up! We had free song books, they were probably printed on ecologically sourced recycled paper. BFL what is there not to love? Even the orchestra were sweet without being a distraction. Even the French support act was sweet.< Photies
Client seemed quite happy actually at the Electric Ballroom. .. .. Back to the leather outfits here
New Young Pony Club (thats simply too long for a name y'll have to change it) were on good form at the Astoria and the bar prices didnt cripple me either ;o) Good band to dance to. Ty should look after that voice though.

Matinee Club (formerly known as the Modern do keep up) hadnt dressed up or brought the French guy with them. They still sounded fully amaizing at the grotty Macbeth in Hoxton. Never use this places loos, ladies.

In amongst the torrential rain and the golf ball sized hail stones (???!!! look for fuck sake its summer!) Saint Etienne were just what we needed. They were brilliant at Finsbury Park Rise Fest 07

Bis were like the most grateful band ever that we had turned up to see them atfer 10 years at Islington Academy. Fully polite and only one of them has proper hair now.
