Comin' up by pushing' the pen harder than ever. These three cats straight out of Palm Beach County are focused on developing a recipe for hip-hop stardom that is reminiscent of other legendary duos such as EPMD, The Fugees and Outkast. As a tandem, they are driven to take themselves to the top by focusing on beats and lyrics that can be enjoyed in the club, in the ‘hood or bumpin’ in their rides. Trying to emulate their role models in the business, Russell Simmons and Sean Combs; Dream Squad are as driven as any act before them and are always searching for ways to catch their break in the music industry. From the dynamic production style of G. Marvelous to the incredible rap flow of Dream to the captivated and hypnotizing singing of Joe, Dream squad is a distinctive group with an impeccable sound. Each one of them has a different flavor, but somehow they make it work to create good music, that people can relate to in everyday life. They eat and breathe music. They have the skills and talent to be one of the most versatile, adaptable, multitalented and creative groups to ever grace any stage. Public appearances can be credited referenced to Lynn University (Boca Raton, FL), Annual Roots Festival (Delray Beach, FL), Barry University (Miami, FL), Olympic Heights, Village Academy @ Pompay Park, and an array of charity events and clubs through out the state of Florida. Music has been heard as far abroad as Haiti, Africa and of course through out the United States of America. Not afraid of hard work and sleepless nights, Dream Squad recorded their first album in 2000, “Play Off Time†that moved well over 10,000 copies. Their music and approach to the business is influenced by so many different aspects of life, including the streets, struggles with pressure, courting the honeys, the desire to stay positive and the focus on success. Knowing full well that many have tried and the chosen are few in this arena, they are determined to keep bringing the noise by working hard and always raising the bar.
