Rob Morsberger

About Me

Rob Morsberger is a singer-songwriter/arranger/keyboardist whose credits include work with Marshall Crenshaw, The Roches, Loudon Wainwright III, Dan Zanes, Jules Shear, Chiara Civello, and many more. Classically-trained, he is also a busy working composer currently in his third season scoring the award-winning PBS series NOVAscienceNOW. Since 1995 he has worked steadily with guitarist Jon Herington (Steely Dan, Madeleine Peyroux), Paul Ossola (Levon Helm, The Roches), and Robin Gould (Carly Simon, Michael Franks). This summer he will be re-issuing their album trilogy of songs about love, literature and science: ‘The End of Physics’, ‘Relativity Blues’ and ‘A Periodic Rush of Waves’-the latter produced by Stewart Lerman with guest appearances from Jules and Marshall. All three have been significantly reworked and enhanced and can now be streamed in their entirety at www.robmorsberger.com
