About Me
I was Born in Hilo, Hawaii in 1940. I started Martial Arts with Judo in 1953. I have practiced Kendo ,Aikido ,Taekwondo, and I am currently a 5th degree black belt in Kung Fu San Soo( My sensei was the late Jimmy H. Woo). I am also a designer of various types of weaponry that has been featured in dozens of movies and publications across the world. My favorite weapon is the Okamura Hook sword. My advice to someone who would like to study with weapons, is that they should begin with a focus Mind & Body. “These will always be your most powerful weapons, the objects you choose to use after, are just an extension of these extremities ". My first TV role, I was casted as a Shaolin Monk alongside David Carradine in the TV series Kung Fu. My first Movie role was with James Caan , Bo Hopkins, & Burt Young in a movie called Killer Elite. I am a veteran actor with a 30 year career in the entertainment industry, I have played an assortment of characters ranging from Yakuza, to Vampires, to bad Elvis Impersonators, to you name it ! Although I am still looking to be casted as a leading man in a Romantic feature(LOL)
