When I say perceptions they must be free from prejudice and hatred. Recently I have been working hard to understand American politics and how my writing could influence this dirty business in a positive way. Some authors that challenge me: Hunter S Thompson, Jack Kerouac, Ernest Hemingway, Ayn Rand, Paul Auster and Chuck Palahniuk. Poetry has been a cornerstone of my development as a person and a writer.
