I am an addict! A metal music junkie! I love concerts, nothing beats the feeling of anticipation as the lights go down and the show starts! I am so fortunate to have a best friend that shares the same addiction. We have experienced some of the coolest things EVER together! My favourite music is heavy metal. Favourite band is the amazing Queensryche. I have been a fan since the early 80's when my friend put in a cassette (yes, i am that old!) and said "you have to hear this" The song was called "Queen of the Reich". I was instantly captivated and hooked! I had to hear more! Over 20 years later this band has the same affect on me whenever i hear them. I have honestly been moved to tears everytime i have seen them live. Some say i am obsessed (i guess the 2 Ryche tatoos, license plate, cat named Rycher makes them think that haha) but i just say i am a dedicated and loyal fan! ;) I have been fortunate to have met the band on many occasions, which is like a dream come true over and over. I will never get used to seeing my idols walk into the same room I am in and actually recognize me!!! Most of the people on my friends list are Queensryche fans i have met either in person or online or both through the fanclub! All amazing people that I am lucky to call my friends. Others are bands or musicians that i like. I am also a huge fan of my friends band WARMACHINE, check them out! They are extremely talented and are great guys! I have finally met the love of my life and am extremely happy so I AM NOT HERE FOR DATING!!!!! but for making friends with the same love of music.
