Shusi Khijada

Shusi was born in Madrid, since an early age he demonstrates interest in musical instruments, this led him to study the music career during 8 years. His admiration for synths, leads him to buy in the mid 80s his 1st Korg Poly 800 and shortly after a Yamaha V-50 and an Atari SE. After that moment he wouldn’t stop investigating and producing music with a clear influence from Jean Michael Jarre, great for its depths in synthetic sounds, or New Order, with a new solid sound. The 90s he is influenced by most electronic styles, such as techno, electro, acid-house and trance. In 2001 he starts working for Mando Records as main producer in their studios. Due his great music versatility he has produced and remixed for many dj’s such as Tony Mendez, Abel Ramos, Wally Lopez among others, he has also worked in radio, television and teaching professional production. From 2003 to 2006 Shusi releases his own house progressive, productions under ex-quisitech, Nectar, MUE and Púlsar record labels. Currently his music production is focused in developing his own particular style under the Tech-house, Minimal and Deep House umbrella, with Caxual Records.
