I created my layout at KillerKiwi.net Oliver Wüst aka Radio Melodia (live) / DJ-Harsh (Vinyl Club Recordings / Zhark Recordings Berlin / Neuropeol / Shot Records / DNW Records...................)ist seit seiner frühsten Kindheit Musik &Technik Liebhaber und experimentiert seit 1980 mit Wiedergabe- und Aufnahmeverfahren von elektronischer Musik. Er ist ein Studionerd mit einem überdimensionierten Home- Projekt- Studio, der seines Gleichen sucht und betreibt neuerdings neben dem Produzieren fuer das Berliner Zhark Recordings Label auch sein eigenes Label SENTIMENTAL. Innerhalb seines außergewöhnlichen Signalflusses arbeitet er momentan an einem Depeche Mode Remix. Alle vohergehenden Tracks und Remixe kann man sich im Beatbortplayer anhoeren. Die Radiosendungen "Teenager Manau und "Wiederhören macht Freunde" des Aktivisten bei Evosonic Radio erlangten in den 90ern Kultstatus. Eine Folgesendung namens "Eardrops" bei Radio Reboot Berlin erfreute sich ebenfalls zahlreicher Zuhöhrerschaft. Nachdem er für namenhafte Firmen wie Propellerhead Software oder Native Instruments für innovative produktions und Dj Tools sein technisches Wissen erfolgreich und kreativ in den Bereichen Produktentwicklung und Support eingesetzt hat, konzentriert er sich nun verstärkt auf sein eigenes Studio. Neben seiner Masteringarbeit für weltweit operierende Label und kreativem Schaffen hinter Instrumenten- Librarys hoch angesehener Plugin- Hersteller, ist der Verfechter des warmen Röhrensounds ein Aussnahmekünstler, der ohne Laptop nirgends spielen will um sein Studio quasi besser mit auf die Bühne nehmen zu können :-) Er wird auf Grund seiner musikalischen Innovation, langsam aber sicher immer gefragter hinter den Decks. Wohl selektierte Tracks, die in Klarheit, Druck und Emotion durch die Verschmelzung mit eigens Produziertem; eine einzigartig räumliche Atmosphäre erzeugen, liefern ein hochmodernes schiebendes, warm klingendes und technisch präzises Set ohne Kompromisse und Lückenfüller. Ob als DJ oder während aufwändiger live performace, ist der Macher, der in Berlin stattfindenden Events des Kultlabels "Warp Records", Hasser halber Sachen, Freund des unkonventionellen Ausdrucks und der überzeugenden Überraschung, dem kein Aufwand zu gross ist um Nächte auf den Punkt zu bringen und niemanden unnötig zu langweilen. (dies ist seiner Meinung nach leider viel zu oft Cluballtag !!!)

Since the 80's he has been experimenting with both the recording and the playback technologies of electronic music. The self-proclaimed gearslut and studionerd owns an overdesigned project home studio, where he produces for Labels such as Zhark Recordings Berlin or Vinyl Club Recordings. He is also founder of SENTIMENTAL-RECORDS-BERLIN. You can join all super innovativ and warm sounding releases in the beatportplayer. His radio show on Evosonic Radio called "Teenager Manau"" and "Wiederhören macht Freunde" achieved in the 90's cultstatus and a following simular format called "Eardrops" at Reboot Radio in Berlin was also successful around 2006. For the moment he s working on an Depeche mode remix......./ After succesfully spending his technical knowledge for innovativ companys like Native-Instruments and Propellerhead Software and their producing and DJ Tools, he is concentrating more into miscellaneous music productions for labels and other media categorys and his allround-studio.In addition to his mastering activities for international Labels (where he always stresses the advantages of the warm tube based sound) and his sound design activities for well know sample library producers, Oliver is also a brilliant DJ, who will not perform without his laptop, as he does not want to limit himself to the two decks mixing kind of thing (so many DJ are still stuck with).In his sets he blends well selected tracks with self-produced fragments thus generating an unique and areal atmosphere, that not only stands out in its emotional depth but also in sound clarity and power. Oliver Wüst presents warm sounding, technical precise and ultra modern DJ sets without compromises but with a high-level dance floor affirmation. as a dj or with hiscomplex live shows he s absolutley able to bring a night to the point without bore somebody needlessly. (for his opinion too many people do so ;-) ! In his view perfection is the key, weather applied in his musical output and performance, in his work as a mastering engineer or as a promoter of events such as the WARP RECORD Night in Berlin. He does not like to do things by halves and is always open to rather unconventional methods of expression and convincing surprises.Additionally Oliver has begun representing the Chile based DJ, DJ School Operator and Music Equipment Distributor DJ Wask (http://www.djwask.com). In the next couple of month Oliver will be performing gigs and DJ /Audio Workshops in South America. Furthermore Oliver's debut album "Crying For Paradise" which he has been working on for the last 3 years will be finally released on DJ-Wask's Label DNW Records (http://www.dnwrecords.com/home.htm). With its character defining experimental & progressive sound aesthetic this release will appeal not only to a demanding techhouse fraction but also to the progressive league. Starting from August 08 Oliver will also take care of the mastering of DNW record releases. On top of this oliver is the technical interface for new technologies DJ Wask needs for his shows, partys and school. Oliver will realise a 3d projekt with holographic and interactive videointerfaces during the next summer. These effekts are working beside a 5.1 audio dj setup, Oliver also installs in one of DJ Wasks domes in Chile.
