Jenariana

When I was a little girl I was always running around with some kind of makeshift microphone; remote controls, hammers, hairbrushes it didn't matter just as long as it was mic-like. I would stand on the family coffee table and perform to my Grandma's' records. I decided to upgrade to stages in 1992 after hearing SWV's "Weak" on the way to school one morning and seeing how their voices and the song had all the sixth grade girls on the bus smiling at the boys- I joined the school choir I wanted to be able to have that effect on people too. Since then I have sang at several local events, performed with the Cincinnati Black Theatre Company, won a talent show in Hawaii and Finally, thanks to Lanier of 513 ENT I am now recording! I am SO excited and grateful to have the opportunity to collaborate with anyone on that level... OMG It's so Amazing! What I hope to gain from this experience is I want someone to hear one of my songs and say "I've felt that way before." I aspire to be part of your soundtrack as you walk down the aisle, go through a breakup, a hook-up or wherever life takes you...
