Born as "Sheldon Allen" in Spanish town Jamaica on Feb, 28, 1993. Sheldon best known as Phantom or Shelweezy lived in Jamaica until the age of 4. He had lived with his mother until he was 2 years old. His mother had left him in the tropical island with his relatives because she was hit by an on coming car while crossing the street. She was not able to carry him on the plain with her because of her disabilities. He also had to get some papers done that would take 2 years to do. In the time frame of departure from his mother Sheldon felt unloved, alone and abandoned. He thought to himself everyday why am i hear all alone why did my mother leave me. At such a young age he did not understand why his mother had not taken him with her to the foreign country. The truth was that his mother did care about him very much, she sent toys, clothes and called him everyday. When the papers where finally done, Sheldon went to Canada on a plain with his grandmother. When he got to Canada he was put into a daycare a made friends very quickly. Over the years he had moved to many schools a met many people. At the age of 8 he had met a kid named "Peter Chambers" best known as Virus the kidd. Peter was the first ever kid at to approach Sheldon at his new school and ask him to play basketball with the others. Peter introduced Sheldon to the other kids. Sheldon and peter where the best of friends, they where very much alike. They both liked the rap star 50 cent at age 11 and wanted to become rappers as well. Sheldon introduced peter to his younger cousin knuclez aka Manny Fresh. From a young age Manny was rapping and was a big influence to Sheldon. At age 12 they wrote freestyles and songs but had no equipment to record it. Sheldon went by the name Jinface and peter went by pothead. They had both went through various rap names before coming up with phantom and virus. At age 13 Virus had moved to Brampton leaving his partner in crime Phantom. Virus felt alone in this new city. All he knew was MALTON also known as da M.A. Without Virus, Phantom did not really continue his rap career. he had stopped writing songs. Virus did continue his career and took it seriously. He called Phantom and tolled him about a rap group he was starting called LIQUIDFLOW. Phantom did not pay much attention to this. Phantom was hearing all these tracks from Virus and wanted to pick up his rap career again. He continued to write music and joined Liquidflow. Phantom was not happy with his music, he did not like how it sounded. One day out of anger he ripped up every song he had wrote in his rhyme book. He felt that he needed to start fresh. He worked hard free styling to himself and writing hooks for his music. Over a couple months he had greatly improved. In the ninth grade Phantom had met a Scarborough rapper by the name Jahvon Dinnall aka young money. Phantom didn't like name on him so he gave him the name J-money. He brought him to his rap group Liquidflow and introduced him to a bigger producer, more experienced rapper Virus the Kidd. Virus decided to sign this new artist that Phantom had brought to him, he noticed he had talent and potential to be a great rapper for this rap group.
