STARR is on the rise with a new CD entitled Sound Barrier. Featuring the hit songs Private Spot, Loco Motion, Shine On, and many others. Jimi Huffman, founder of the group has worked with members of Earth, Wind, and Fire, Dr. Michael Scott of the Memphis Symphony, Ruby Wilson, and many others. Robert Odell also collaborates on vocals. STARR is produced by HumbleKatz Productions, the company that is involved with the upcoming CD JI, and the sound tracks to "A Raisin in the Sun", "The Wiz", and "Slick", directed by Carolyn Yancy with CFA Productions.
