How I made my profile:
I used Dave & Jay's amazing myspace editor .
Loudwater Fury is a southern metal band out of Laurinburg and Fayettville North Carolina. James Fuller(Drummer) formerly of Rule of Nine got together with his good friends Chris Uber(Rhythm Guitar) and Tim Peele(Bass Player) to play some music to pass the time during the summer of 2007. The music came together in a few songs and later Matt (Lead Guitar) was brought into the band for a fuller sound. James and Matt played for a while together in Rule of Nine which resulted in a fluid incorporation of him into the band. More songs were produced and the band decided to play a show at Jesters during open mic night. This decision was made partly because they wanted to play at a venue and also because the search for a vocalist was underway. The show went better than expected. Expecting to play only a few songs, they ended up playing the entire set list that they had at the time. Those watching and listening wanted them to keep playing so they did so gladly. However, no vocalist was found because of it. Finally, Jason, a friend of Matts decided to try out for the band. Loudwater Fury had been formed. Another open mic show was played on March 27th of this year at Jesters. Once again, Loudwater Fury did well, playing the whole set list again. This time it was with vocals however and the crowd seemed even more into it.Loudwater Fury combines a dark, pounding sound with harmony guitar lines and plenty of groove. Influenced by great metal bands such as Pantera, Lamb of God, Arch Enemy, and Mastadon, Loudwater Fury combines dark music and vocals with the southern groove of blues. Southern metal isn't an actual recognized genre but this band plans on changing that.
