I dislike: habitual drug users / idiots / unintelligence / selfish cunts / shit stirrers / jealousy / egotism / back stabbing / animal abuse.

I run/DJ/promote Ammunition every Saturday (Upstairs in The Borough, Sunderland). It's open 19:30 till late and is door charge / ego free. It's also request friendly which is a rarety around these parts and is probably why Ammunition is Sunderland's longest running weekend Rock/Metal/Alt night. I've put blood, sweat and tears into Ammunition and I'm proud to call it my baby. I'm also interested to listen to suggestions as to how Ammunition can be made even better so if you have any suggestions then please feel free to let me know and obviously by all means feel free to pop in one evening to say hello. :)

I'm also a Designer/Photographer and am available for freelance work. If you have a project that you'd like to hire me for then please get in touch. I specalise in live music photography and to date have shot bands such as Negura Bunget and My Ruin amongst others. I am qualified and experienced in both screen and print type design too. An online portfolio is in the works and until it's live you are welcome to join the mailing list on the site to receive further updates etc.

As well as all of this I also work for EDF Energy as a Customer Service Advisor. (I told you I was a nigh on workaholic and that I liked to keep busy. ;D)

On a personal level I'm a strict vegetarian and am quite happy to be so. I don't miss bacon (I never did like it even when I did eat meat) and I don't eat fish (Fish aren't vegetables and last time I checked they were still classed as part of the animal kingdom). I don't buy toiletries / household goods that are tested on animals or made from animals either. I stopped buying leather ages ago and am in the process of replacing what leather goods I still have as and when they wear out / can afford to replace them. I also try to be as environmentally friendly as I can as well which is another reason as to why I'm veggie and why I also grow my own veg (allotments rule), use public transport, recycle and compost. Yes my choices may seem excessive and can be hard to uphold at times but it makes me feel better that I'm at least trying to do something. As Gandhi said "Be the change that you want to see in the world". :)

I'm not a hippy either. More an old school riot grrrrl if anything 'P
