THE WONDERLAND WASHOUTS: . . ... . . .... . . . ......... . .. . .......... . . . . ... ................. . . ..... . . . . . ..... . . .. .. . . .. . ........ . . ..... Cousins by birth, brothers in spirit. We, Martin & Steffen Gronemann, started our musical journey in our teens, ploughing our way through the history of rock and pop music. Intensively, we listened to and read about all the significant artists since the birth of rock n’ roll, learning the tricks of the trade. Alongside, we gradually evolved as musicians, songwriters and arrangers, finding our very own musical expression. An expression that in the winter of 2008 led to the foundation of The Wonderland Washouts and the creation of the TWW-sound, which we describe as ‘dreamy noise-rock’, ‘noisy dream-pop’, ‘rockin' pop-noise’ - depending on the mood. With the addition of Morten Jensen on drums and Kenneth Kongstad on bass in February 2009 the line-up became complete. On this site you will hear demo versions of our songs. Hope you will enjoy listening to the tunes, as much as we have enjoyed making them. More TWW-creations are on their way, so please keep coming back. .. .......... ...... .............. . .. ...... . ........ ....... ........ ............. .... . .. .......... . . . .... . .......... .. . . . ......... . ...... .. .... . .. .. . ...... .. .
