Josh Walker and Aaron Smith currently reside in Northeast Arkansas, but not together, they asked me to add! The two are both originally from the same small town of Strawberry Arkansas where they attended high school together. In the years to follow, Josh played and sang in various country bands and was fortunate enough to have the opportunity to be the opening act for several great country artists such as Merle Haggard, Ricochet, The Kentucky Headhunters, The Bellamy Bros., Billy Currington, and more. During this time he and Aaron got reacquainted and began co-writing songs together. "..When I saw how smoothly Watch Me Fall came together, I was excited about the future of writing with Aaron," said Josh.Listening to country music on the radio while crusin' the back roads of Arkansas was their favorite sport back in the day, they said. And from Willie and Waylon to Chesnut and Jones, their country music influences are evident in the story of their songs. Josh and Aaron still continue to write songs together and they will always have high hopes that someday that one song might reach the number one spot.
