I go by the Name of Ruby as given to be my mother at a young age, and it's no doubt that Diamonds ain't even worth this Ruby. I was born n bred in Queens, New York. Being A native of the Empire State one could only expect I push myself to the limit and expect nothing but the fruits of hardwork and a passion for this music game. Ethnically, my family descends from Punjab, India and we practice Sikhism. I am very spiritual and believe God does everythin in a particular way for a specific purpose. I love music, it's like the air for my lungs. I am a very humble person and I approach any opportunity with enthusiasm and professionalism. I am trying to jump off my solo career, as I've learned the hard way over the years that, everyone is out to get they own. I am a female entering the world of Hip Hop with complete genuiness and originality and I hope to be embraced by you all with real love. You won't find me to be one who puts her nose up in the air cuz I think I'm too good for the rest. I AM ILL, lol, dont get me wrong but it all comes down to making the kind of music that leaves you with goosebumps on your arms. I say this because my best friend Kim, experienced exactly that when she heard my song "struggle" for the first time. I want to make this happen and am open to network with everyone involved in the music industry from the producers and engineers to the artists and stylists.
