When trumpeter Tom Ridderbeekx wanted to join the Prinses Christina Concours in 2006, he set up a band. He found pianist Robert van der Padt, drummer Jérôme Cardynaals and bassplayer Martijn Koole as his bandmembers. When Martijn quit the band because of his education, the band found another bassplayer: Mart Goossens. Now the band is playing a few times every month.
Jazziax means Jazz maniacs. But we also play some funk and salsasongs.
