Administrative Assistant Michael Eaddy has been married to Missionary Christine Eaddy for 31 years. He is the father of four children and Pastor of the People’s Church of the Harvest Church of God in Christ in the inner city of Chicago, Illinois. He assumed the pastoral mantle at the age of 27, succeeding his father. Administrative Assistant Eaddy received his formal undergraduate training in Business Administration and Theology in the Chicago City Colleges & the Moody Bible Institute respectively. He successfully completed independent studies through numerous business management courses and seminars offered by accredited institutions, as well as, continued education in religious studies through workshops and conferences. Administrative Assistant Eaddy has through his ministry sent many spirit-filled men and women of God into the ministry and continues to provide mentorship and support for them and many other pastors throughout the Chicago-land area. He has positively touched the lives of many through a plethora of programs and piloted numerous initiatives. As President and Chief Executive Officer of the People’s Community Development Association of Chicago, he has formulated a Custodial Care Training & Job Placement Program which equips “hard to employ†individuals and ex-offenders with life skills, literacy skills, and entrepreneurial training. He continues to serve the church community in various capacities: Executive Secretary/ 3rd Administrative Assistant to the Bishop Ocie Booker of the First Jurisdiction-Illinois Church of God in Christ, Past State Secretary to the late Bishop Louis Henry Ford, 2nd Elected Presiding Bishop International Executive Director of Scholastic Motivation Ministries COGIC, Executive Board Member of the National Pastors and Elders Council, Executive committee member for the Auxiliaries in Ministry (AIM) Convention. Pastor Eaddy is a person of integrity, an astute and innovative thinker, visionary leader and people builder. He is also a noted Bible teacher, preacher, and conference speaker. His passion is to alleviate the downward plight of individuals and to empower people to reach their fullest potential through the powerful insight from the Word of God.
