I'm a Wisconsin girl at heart, always have been always will be. I grew up around Madison and went to Edgewood College my first year out of school. I then decided I needed a change and embarked on a solo move across the country to Flagstaff, Arizona. I lived there for one year and then moved back to Wisconsin. :) I went to MATC for one year there and took lots of random classes to see if I could find my interest. After my semesters in Madison I enrolled in a month and a half backpacking trip through National Outdoor Leadership School (NOLS) in the Kimberly in Western Australia. After I returned I decided Colorado was the place for me. I have now lived near Boulder for 3 years. It is an amazing place and I'm planning to stay put for the first time in awhile. I just recently finished a medical assisting program and am awaiting my national MA exam in January. I will enter into nursing school as soon as my spot opens up. I have lots of work a head of me but I know the medical field is where my heart is. I enjoy lots of outdoor activities, camping, hiking, snowboarding....my favorite trips are always to the canyons in Utah where my brother usually leads me on an educational journey :) I have met many unforgetable people on my journey so far and I hope to keep in better contact with them by setting up this myspace. I can't wait to hear from you all!
