About Me

Well I generally don't like to wear pants, but being in this world, you can't really avoid it. I mean come on, who's to say I can't walk down the street without any pants on? Who really has the right to say it's "lewd" or "obscene"?Ever since I was a young kid, the "Man" has been telling me to wear pants. But ever since I had that experience with the basketball, an aluminum bat, and a tree, I find pants to be... hmmm... let's just say....they......... uhh...well...........I forget why really, but my point is....wait...oh yeah, no...thought I had it there for a sec. Anyway, pants, can't wear them, can't not wear them. You see my dilemma don't you? Then there was an instance with the bike, a chain, a broken pedal, and the curb. What fun that was. If I hadn't had pants on that day I wouldn't have suffered the...the...uh...dammit! Why do I keep forgetting things? I mean, it's right there in my head, then BAM! it's gone. I like chocolate. What? I like it when the chocolate releases the endorphines in my brain and then...wait a sec. Brain. curb. aluminum bat. Tree. RIGHT!!! pants cause concussions. I also play bass in the band Eyestrings, in the band Discipline, and also just recently the band Phideaux. Cool stuff...check it out.

My Interests

Long walks in the park, a picnic at sunset, church on Sundays....oops, sorry, just gagged on my own vomit. Seriously I like Music, hockey and reading. Pretty generic stuff. A good tasting toothpaste. A bean and cheese burrito at 3 in the morning. Bad jokes (the cheesier the better). MILK. pretty much the whole dairy family. Sarcasm. I'll think of more later...

I'd like to meet:

Bela Lugosi, oh wait he's dead right? Let me see then. I have a list. (checking my list) no, he's dead, and so is she....er, nope, dead, dead, dead, dying, dead, dead...that leaves Thor Gundersen, no he's dead too. Well then how about...Peter Gabriel or the drummer frm Magma. I'll have to learn Kobaian for that.

Music:

Pretty much anything that starts with G, E, D, sometimes R. I'll listen to anything really. If it tickles me bones, no matter the style, I can dig it.

Movies:

My favorite movie of all time is, Blade Runner. I don't know why it just is. One I just recently saw that I though was brilliant was Crash. I dig pretty much all of Scorcese's movies, as well as Robert Altman(though he did put out a few stinkers). Wes Anderson (Rushmore, Bottle Rocket, Life Aquatic, Royal Tennenbaums) is also a favorite. I could go on forever, but I've lost interest in this....

Television:

sure why not

Books:

Skinny Legs and All by Tom Robbins has, by far, had the biggest impact on my life. I'm not good at remembering titles, but as far as authors go, I dig Dennis Lehane, Lee Childs, Hemingway, Robert Ludlum, Vince Flynn, Tennessee Williams, Mark Twain, old Stephen King books, etc...

Heroes:

Sweet Alice, Maurice Cheeks, Ernest Shackleton, Sir Edmund Hillary, People who generally give a damn.
