Mind The Midgie

About Me

Mind The Midgie are a talented bunch of (mainly) North Holland musicians who like nothing better than to get together to make bloody good music. Being conservatorium boffs, Paul en Auke are known to compose and arrange thier own tunes, some of which are to be heard in the avant-garde repertoire which Mind the Midgie present. Around 18 months ago Wendy Seager joined the band to replace the former singer Annie Birkin when she left to live in France, more recently Judith Kolen joined the Midgies replacing thier former fiddle player Isabel Watson, who left to seek new musical horizons in another formation. Michel, keyboard and whistles also brings the clarinet into the repertoire finalising the originality and agility of this handy gaggle of musicians.
