About Me

Nick and the Bad Seeds - Came on Down the Road 444553540000" height="344" width="425">Over the past year or so, Viola has come to the realisation that her skills for anything musical are sadly lacking. Hence, she has dumped the guitar, drums, bass and saddest of all, the violin. These were short-lived love affairs and like all true love affairs, they have done nothing other than drive her insane with frustration.Instead, she has discovered the joys of the quill and now frantically writes on an almost daily basis. To date, she has had three poems published, been nominated on about.com poetry site as one of three representatives in the interboard poetry competition, been runner-up in The Poet of the Year competition on myspace run by the lovely RedWine12Roses who also read her poem beautifully on air, is now a judge for this years' monthly poetry competitions on same site. Viola has more prospects in the pipeline at present that she is contributing to and is also undertakinig a poetry writing course through The Writing School in Australia. Perhaps she has truly found her calling at last?Ms Bow is currently the featured poet on Anonymous Radio.Still, she is most passionate about music. It feeds her soul. Violin is certainly one of her greatest passions but she has many.If you care to read her poetry, please do. It's all in her blog. She would welcome any comments, good or bad for we never cease to learn. She is on the hunt for any beautiful violin music that anyone can recommend and her tastes lean more towards baroque/contemporary but she will happily listen to anything at least once.
